PROOF AND CERTIFICATION CARD (P.A.C-Card)

LEVEL 1 White Card

• Owners and Dogs will complete 7 weeks of basic on-leash obedience
• Owners and Dogs will be Proofed and Certified by Teresa Taylor

owner of All Purpose Dog Trainer and 7 time winner of the Walter

Ward Dog Obedience Competition.

Level 2 Yellow Card

• Owners and Dogs will complete 7 weeks Canine Good Citizen Testing.
• Owners and Dogs will be Proofed and Certified by Lori owner of Rock

of Ages Kennel.

Level 3 Red Card

• Owners and Dogs will complete 7 weeks Off-Leash obedience in a

closed facility.

• Owners and Dogs will be Proofed and Certified by Walter Ward 4

Thought Dog Training and has been training dogs for over 35 years.

Level 4 Black Card

• Owners and Dogs will complete 7 weeks Off-Leash obedience under

extreme distractions and outdoors

• Owners and Dogs will be Proofed and Certified by a Master Trainer
